With strong compliance expertise across regulated environments, Louis currently heads the Corporate Finance division of a clinical research company, bringing real-world insight to every engagement.

Jaco Minns brings over 28 years of experience across the financial services and retail sectors, with deep expertise in operations management, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment. He has served as Key Individual for an FSP and holds a National Certificate in Wealth Management along with RE1 and RE5 qualifications — bringing hands-on knowledge of FAIS, FICA, and FSCA regulatory frameworks to every engagement.
Known for building efficient systems and leading high-performing teams, Jaco currently serves as Operations & Compliance Manager for an insurance brokerage, where he oversees daily operations, compliance audits, and the development of new business initiatives.
